Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a project is cancelled before work has started, the refund or cancellation terms will depend on the specific agreement made with the client.

Cancellation After Work Begins

Once work has started, refunds may not be available for work that has already been completed or resources that have already been committed to the project.

Changes & Revisions

Reasonable revisions included in the original project agreement will be handled according to the agreed scope. Additional changes or requirements outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

Failed or Delayed Client Communication

If a client does not provide the required information, materials, approvals, or feedback within a reasonable period, the project may be delayed or rescheduled.

Disputes

If there is a dispute regarding a project, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter directly with the client based on the original project agreement.
